Returns & Exchanges
If you buy something but it's not everything you dreamed it to be, no worries, we're here for you!
Products may be exchanged or returned for full reimbursement within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense. If you are making an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping on the returned product, but we will cover the cost of shipping a new replacement item out to you.
To ensure you make the right choice in size and design, we recommend that you:
- Tape out on your floor the size(s) of the mat(s) you’re considering for your space. Painters tape is a risk-free option for your floor and will give you a good sense of what size would work best in your space.
- Request a quote for a custom size if you think that the standard sizes may not fit in your space. These are a great and flexible option and can be requested by emailing us at email@example.com.
- Request a swatch of the design(s) you’re considering. We will ship up to two swatches for free; beyond that, we charge a small fee of $3 per swatch. Swatches are a great way to confirm if the colours will work well in your room décor. Please note that the size of the tiles will be different in the swatch vs the actual floor mat or placemat. To receive your free sample(s) please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your address and design choices and we will send them to you within 2 business days of your request.
Please note that we are unable to reimburse custom products unless a product defect has occurred, in which case the product default policy outlined below will apply and we will gladly replace the product free of charge.
For faulty or defective products:
Please contact us via email at email@example.com and include a detailed description of the problem and photos to demonstrate the product issue. If the product is found to be defective or faulty, we will gladly replace it free of charge.
